Q. Do you accept Credit Cards?

A. Yes, if you would like to pay by credit card, you need to know all credit card transactions take place through PAYPAL. They provide a secure on-line server so your transactions are protected. To shop, simply browse our web site, and place items you want to purchase in your shopping cart. When you are finished, click on the Check Out option. You will then be transfered to PAYPAL to continue with your secure purchase.

Q. May I use one of your Pittsburgh photos on my web site for free? I will provide a link to your site and a credit line.

A. Our policy is to charge a minimal fee for use on web sites. Our professional quality Pittsburgh images will enhance your site for a very reasonable price. Click Here for more info.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you don't like the photos you ordered, just return them to us (at your expense) for a refund. You must email us for a return authorization number. Returns without a RA # will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Q. What method of shipping do you use?

A.We ship by FedEx Ground, DHL  or Priority mail.

Q. Can I buy from you in person or pick up my order in person?

A. No. We only sell through the Internet and through several Pittsburgh area retail stores.(See link for our retail locations.) We are not a retail store.
